Play’n GO refreshes memories with Reactoonz 2
Swedish iGaming software developer Play’n GO recently announced its latest video slot, titled Reactoonz 2. The news arrives right at the heels of its second release a couple of weeks back, Jolly Roger 2, a sequel to one of the studio’s top-selling titles.
Reactoonz 2 retains numerous features from its 2017 predecessor including its characters. The title retains the mighty Gargantoon and introduces the Energoonz, which are cute alien creatures borrowed from the studio’s popular creation with the same name.
Features, Bonus, and Payouts
Reactoonz 2 follows a 7-reel 7-row format, offering up to 3,000x the total stake for every round. The game offers a bunch of features to keep the players engaged, including an array of wilds and multipliers that help boost payouts. The game retains the original theme, including bright colours and adorable monsters. The makers have thrown in some fun background scores and effects to further heighten the mood.

Bonus elements in Reactoonz 2
Landing five or more high-paying symbols in a cluster triggers a win. The larger the cluster, the greater your chances of amplifying the stake. Reactoonz 2 introduces a few bonus features, including:
- Wilds – At the beginning of each spin, a one-eyed symbol fluctuates at random, highlighting the Wild for the round. If players manage to land the symbol at the end of the spin, an electric win is triggered, filling up the Fluctometer. Once that’s entirely filled, three additional wilds appear, and the process continues. The electric Wild replaces every other symbol while zapping the high-paying Reactoonz symbols. Players need to reach different levels of the game to activate different wilds. Once players reach level 5, it automatically triggers the Wild Pair Explosion where all non-paying symbols explode to fill up the Quantumeter.
- Cascading Wins – A key to unlocking every bonus feature. Cascading wins removes wining clusters, replacing the high-paying symbols with new characters until no other special symbols remain on the reels. Meanwhile, the cascades continue to pop and fill the meters.
