    Terrible - convoluted terms and conditions. I won 11,500 from and the casino voided all winnings on a technicality. Avoid this site or anything to do with Aspire Global they are a scam.

      I would like to officially record a complaint against your website in relation to 2 separate cash outs voided against my account on 26.12.2017 for the amounts of GBP10,000 and GBP1,479 respectively.

      On 25.12.2017 I opened and deposited a sum of GBP50.00 into my newly opened account. When opening the account via a mobile device after entering personal details the box suggesting I wish to receive a bonus was automatically ticked "yes".

      It also stated that I adhere and agreed to the T&C's of the bonus despite not being available during the registration process.

      I then proceeded to play the games available to me which was the entirety of the platform.

      At no point in time did I go below my original deposit of GBP50.00 hence I did not believe I was using bonus funds.

      After playing many games including slots and roulette, after 6-7 hours of game play I had accumulated a sum of GBP11,479 and decided to cash out.

      The next day I received an email stating that I had broken the T&C's of the bonus and all winnings were voided.

      During game play I regularly checked the progress of the wagering via the progress bar and this came down over time. I did not believe I was using bonus funds as I believed this was the amount over and above my deposit and the bonus of GBP50.00 would be released thereafter.

      You have stated that I have engaged in game play that renders this bonus amount void. I did not believe I was using bonus funds and played these games in good faith using my own funds.

      We have discussed your complaint with the Management Team of Wixstars Casino. As to the specifics of your complaint, there are two different bonus terms and conditions which are relevant in your case, these are included in Wixstars Casino's Bonus Policy and state the following:

      "Bets placed on all versions of the following games will not count towards your wagering requirements: Video Poker, Roulette, Quick Play, Hi Lo Fever, Baccarat, 3 Card Poker, Cloud Quest, Big Bang, Blood Suckers, The Wish Master, Lucky Angler, Jack Hammer 2, Tower Quest & Pearls of India. If the player placed bets on any of the games mentioned above before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal."

      "When a bet abuses the betting system – regardless of which game it was placed on – it will not count towards a player’s wagering requirements. If the player placed single bets equal to or greater than €4 or €0,50 per line, or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal. In addition, if a player deposited with Skrill or Neteller and placed single bets equal to or greater than €2,50 of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal."

      The relevant bonus term clearly states that players are not allowed to place bets on Roulette until the wagering requirements are met. The fact that you haven't used any bonus funds does not change this considering that wagering starts directly after placing the very first bet with your own deposit amount. In other words, the wagering requirement doesn't commence when the bonus funds come in play and therefore the bonus rules apply right from the start. Unfortunately, there is a clear breach from your side because of wagers made on Roulette games whilst an active wagering requirement. Additionally, you have also exceeded the maximum allowed bet whilst an active bonus, which is set at €3,99 or
      15% of the value of the bonus amount received.

      I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to help you. The terms related to bonuses are clearly laid out in Wixstars' Bonus Policy. While we understand this situation is unpleasant, we believe the casino has made the right decision by withholding your winnings and returning your original deposit.

      My view is that there should be controls to prevent such a breach occurring in the first place (i.e.) the games are unavailable using bonus funds or in breach of the bet amount.

      Personally I find it highly misleading for a customer to engage in playing games for hours / days / weeks only for a funds to be voided once a withdrawal is implemented.

      In any other industry sector hiding terms within minuscule writing within highly convoluted T&C's would be unacceptable.

      I am not questioning if I have breached T&C's. I feel I have been penalised for a minor breach and there is no le
      eway. The customer service was non existent and they had no knowledge of the complaints process. I had to find the CEO details on linked to get any response. Unsurprising given a Romanian casino white labellled out of Malta. Dodgy dodgy crooks as far as I'm concerned

      Thank you for your reply. I perhaps haven't articulated the full scenario here as there is more to the issue than I have articulated above. I believe this company are in breach of a number of issues related to the Gambling Commissions code of advertising/marketing rules and regulations. I have lodged a formal complaint with IBAS and await a response. It is not as simple as merely ignoring Terms & Conditions of a welcome bonus.

      I'd like to add the following commentary to this:

      A) This company via an affiliate targeted me with postal marketing material that I did not consent too.

      B) The marketing material made no mention to the specific terms of the bonus restrictions. The material stated max bonus Euro300 wagering x25.

      C) The marketing material directed me via a URL that was in the Swedish language.

      D) The registration was completed and a pop up was shown in the Swedish langauage. I am
      now led to believe that these were the highly complex terms of a bonus offering.

      E) I have subsequently been in contact with the CEO of Aspire Global Tsachi Maimon and he has advised me the platforms are "Superior to other providers"

      My advice would be to steer well away from any Aspire Global websites.
      Other providers will limit access to gameplay that would render a balance void. I was targeted with misleading marketing information / registration which has led to this situation. I am completely disgusted by this company. They are out to exploit you and take your money.
