    I used their 8 euro no deposit bonus. I finally wagger it. after that I went on playing and finally pI withdraw 1000 euros. now they have rejected this 1000 euro and canceled and I have to deposit 20 euro to withdraw (70 euro !!). the customer service refers me to their bonus terms but that can not even be accessed via their website. I am in shock and have never experienced this. I have won with bonuses on other websites more often.

      Second, regarding your complaint, in this case you have used a no-deposit bonus offer. As you might know, casinos have fairly strong/restrictive terms and conditions for such offers. One of them being cashout limits. This is very common, as the casino offers a bonus to players without the need of a deposit.

      Superlines clearly states in their bonus terms, more specifically in term 6 under 'No Deposit Bonus': "€70 can be cashed out (€50 in winnings plus €20 deposited). Any amount over the maximum cashout will be automatically removed upon cashout."

      According to this term Superlines has made the right decision to void winnings above €50. Although we understand that this can be disappointing, there is not much we can do, as you have agreed to the Superlines Bonus T&C by signing up and subsequently claiming and playing with the no deposit bonus.

      Furthermore, the link to the Bonus T&C page, is clearly displayed on the footer of every page of the Superlines Casino site.

      Lastly, please make sure to read and understand bonus terms and conditions when using different types of bonuses in the future. These can differ for various online casinos.
