• The minimum required deposit amount for the welcome bonus offer is €20 (or currency equivalents).
• The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount received. For example: a first deposit of €100 will grant you an additional €100 bonus money, giving you a total balance of €200. Before you are allowed to withdraw the received bonus money or any winnings gained through wagers with bonus money, you will need to complete the total wagering of: 35 x €100 = €3500. This simply means that you will need to place bets totalling the amount of €3500 before bonus funds are released and converted into real money.
• In addition to the bonus amount, players also receive 100 free spins in 5 installments of 20 free spins. Players need to activate each set of free spins in the casino lobby within 24 hours of the free spins being credited. The same wagering requirement (35x) applies to winnings with these free spins. For example: after playing your first set of 20 free spins on Starburst, you have won a total of €6, meaning that you will need to place bets with a total of: 35 x 6 = €210 before winnings are converted into real money.
• The welcome package is only available for players residing in the following countries: Finland, Aland Island, Germany, South Africa, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
• Keep in mind that bets are firstly debited from your real money balance. If there is no real money balance left, bets will be deducted from your bonus balance. Winnings will be returned to either real money balance or bonus balance, depending on the initiating the win. For example: you have placed a €2.50 bet with real money on Starburst and won €75. This amount will be returned to the real money balance. If the bet was placed with bonus money, it would have been returned to the bonus balance.
• Players are not allowed to place bets over €10 (or currency equivalents) in a single spin or game round. This amount applies to the bonus money only. For example: a player has €15 in his real money balance and €50 in his bonus balance. If the player bets €25 in a single spin, only €10 will be contributed as bonus money to this bet, which is within the limit allowed. On the contrary, if a player has only bonus money left, they are not allowed to bet over the €10.
• The wagering requirement needs to be fulfilled within 7 days of the particular bonus being activated. If players fail to convert the bonus into real money within 7 days, the bonus balance will be removed.
• Players have the option to request a withdrawal if the wagering requirement for particular bonuses aren’t completed yet (non-sticky bonus). However, players can only withdraw their real money balance and any existing bonus balance will be removed from the casino account.
