      You were marked as a VIP player and you were provided a VIP account manager.

      You had a win of 5000 Euro and requested a withdrawal on the 19/12/2017.

      On the 20/12/2017 at 12:53, you received a personal mail from your VIP agent who informed you that you had breached the bonus terms and conditions, which state that no bets on table games are allowed as long as there is an active wagering balance.

    Deposited 100 got 400 bonus, Most games locked away from bonus money but sure thats fine, Played some slots and won, Later on went for some fugaso blackjack and won 1900 euro. During payout they refused to pay out and said i have irregular and broken the rules since blackjack is forbidden.

    Very bad experience. Made a deposit of 30 euros and received a fantastic bonus. After that I found out that 80/90 % of the games weren't available in my country. So tried to get my money back, but wasn't possible. Found a working slot and decided to place the highest bet in order to loose my money quickly so I could stop playing this casino. Instead I won and asked the casino to transfer my deposit amount back. The rest they can keep. Wasn't possible. I'm not playing anymore though as it's really no fun website.       First of all, due to licensing restrictions, some of the providers at La Fiesta Casino indeed aren't available for the Netherlands, to be more specific 3 software providers including NetEnt, ELK Studios and NextGen Gaming. The remaining 10 software providers are still available for Dutch players. While we understand this can be disappointing for you, La Fiesta Casino has to be strict in this area in order to meet licensing obligations. We hope you understand this.

      Furthermore, you have made a deposit and subsequently claimed the welcome offer. Thereafter, some bets were placed. While you only placed 40 eurocents before contacting customer support in order to have the bonus cancelled, the wagering on the bonus commenced.       yes i have seen it and i have just sent Jeremy an email about your withdrawal , that was the support / steven . I sended all my docs like 16 days ago this withdraw should take 2-5 days he said. So I will get an information about the withdraw from financial department. I am scared i will lose my money actually atm.

      I got a withdraw approment from the financial team in my own language (swedish) they have sent my 3800 euro and it will say on my bank statement(WorldPay) So i need to wait 5 days for it to arrive. The bad part is that it will me a small transfer fee. I hope it will be low. I am happy with this and I will let you know on Friday if I have the money yet :) / Johan Karlsson

    I'm sorry to tell that my experiences were bad. I "won" 470 euros after I had played 8 hours, but two days after withdraw, they refused to pay it. They paid 70 euros and deleted rest of my wins. They told the reason as I asked: "If you choose "free 15 euros" bonus offer, maximum sum of win is 70 euros. We delete others, your deposit money too. "

    Read bonus rules very well with this casino! I have tried many casinos with great experiences, but this one got me fooled.

      We have contacted the operator and they were able to locate the concerned player account as they were aware of this particular case. We have been provided with sufficient evidence which clearly shows that you have claimed the free bonus and thereafter made a deposit also claiming the welcome bonus without placing any bets with the no deposit bonus. The operator has made the right decision to apply the maximum withdrawal clause of €70 (set out in Bonus T&C) because you had an active no deposit bonus. By claiming both the free bonus and welcome bonus before placing any bets, you had the edge of an additional €15 balance to clear wagering on the welcome offer. Furthermore, the Terms and Conditions are clear on the maximum cash-out for no deposit bonuses. Hypothetically, if the casino would have decided to pay your winnings in full, you would have been dismissed from the max. cash-out term, thus the clause would not apply to your situation. This should not be the case as every player should abide by the rules set out by the casino, especially when a no deposit bonus has been claimed. In the spirit of equality, this terms should apply to all players who have claimed the free bonus upon registration. The fact that you made a deposit and claimed the welcome bonus right after claiming the free offer does not absolve you from this bonus clause.
